Paul is an Australian-trained educator with over 29 years of extensive teaching and leadership experience in the Australian Curriculum, NSW Curriculum, IGCSE, IB Diploma, and IB MYP. He has led educational successes in Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, and Indonesia, serving as both a Head of Faculty and a relieving Deputy Principal in Australian schools. He was part of the founding leadership team in Saudi Arabia that gained IB World School accreditation, the founding Principal in China that led to IB Diploma accreditation, and led staff in realigning an Indonesian international school’s curriculum to the Australian Curriculum. Paul is passionate about teaching and driving educational change, fostering students to become lifelong learners, informed decision-makers, and global citizens. He is committed to ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest teaching methodologies to support staff and enhance student learning. With a deep understanding of ESL, GATS, and differentiated learning, he ensures all students’ needs are met. His extensive use of IT in teaching engages students effectively, and he leverages his vast experience to maximise learning outcomes through engaging pedagogies and strong management skills.
